Welcome to Bournville Primary School

I am delighted to welcome you to Bournville Primary School. We are proud of our school, our team and most of all, our pupils.

We are a large primary school in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset for children aged 4-11 years with the advantage of having our own 2+ nursery and 3+ preschool, meaning that children can begin their learning journey with us early, making starting primary school transition a little easier.

Situated in urban surroundings, Bournville has safe, large green and natural spaces and playgrounds in which our children can play and learn. We are really proud to be able to provide our children and community with excellent, modern facilities. We have excellent indoor and outdoor sports facilities and have re-invested in our outdoor play facilities. We are very lucky to have our own wild area which children at all stages use for outdoor learning, looking at wildlife, eco-systems, forest school and more. We provide wrap around care from 8am to 6pm with a popular breakfast club and after school and holiday club with our charity XTND.

We provide a happy, secure and caring environment where children can reach their full potential. We encourage them to have enquiring minds, take pride in their achievements and have respect for moral and personal values.
